Bought this as  a backup to my 5 year old 360 that is still operating.  With the present environment in our country,  Ya never know if they'll be available  when needed in the future.  And it came in super fast time!

Future very bright?

It performed extremely well and cleaned the bottom of my pool; it only went partially up my pool steps but overall it cleaned my entire pool in 3-4 hours and I am pleased.

Polaris 360 performance.

Works as specified.  Some work needed to use the 1 inch pool cleaner outlet in our Sylvan Pool installed in 1982.  This pool cleaner will be used on a daily basis with our POLARIS iRobotic pool cleaner used as needed on alternate weeks to do walls and major cleanings.  What this cleaner offers is a constant sweeping to keep sediments from weekly chlorination and shock and other additives from accumulation on the pool floor.

Positive with description of use

The box appeared to have been previously opened and was missing a bag with restrictor parts.  I attempted to chat on your customer service but the wait was over 2 hours at the time.  I ended up ordering the parts I needed online for about $10.

Polaris 360

Replaced my suction side cleaner with this cleaner.  I'm very impressed by the cleaner.  It's easy to assemble and works great.  I moves around the pool very quickly which helps ensure that you'll get full coverage and a spotless pool floor.  My only complaint is the design of the swivel nuts which seem to leak water but that issue doesn't degrade performance.

The other great thing about pressure side cleaners is the fact captured debris doesn't get pulled into your pool filter.  Instead, debris is actually removed from your pool and system.  Great product!

Impressive!

Works great!  I was in need for a new pool cleaner after my previous one broke and it was difficult for me to manually clean the sand off the bottom of my pool until I purchased the Polaris 360 and it cleaned my pool the first day so it looks new again!

Good Pool Cleaner

I am finding my new Polaris pool vac to be just great! The previous one lasted over 20 years - is it any wonder why I went looking for another one?

Easy installation and the "little guy" is doing his job.

Pool looking good!

This item says two day shipping to my house and it took them almost a week to print the shipping label and respond after so I couldn't cancel it so it took much longer than expected. Once received to item was broken in the box, so now I have to ship it back and wait for my refund then buy a new one: spoiler alert, it won't be from here.
